The School Cell Phone Study is research conducted by the Physical Activity & eHealth Solutions Lab, combining the departments of Psychology and Exercise Science, Physical & Health Education. Our research looks at the following:
how digital technology can be used to activity and lifestyle programs to address chronic disease prevention and management;
how digital technology data can be used to predict lifestyle outcomes; and
what the relationship is between digital technology use and physical activity, mental health and academic achievement in youth and adolescents.
